February 20, 2014 – Bob Murray successfully represented a St. Louis lawyer in a legal malpractice case brought by the lawyer’s former domestic relations client. The former client’s case, which was based on the lawyer’s alleged negligence in connection with an underlying settlement of several claims, was dismissed with prejudice by a St. Louis County Circuit Court judge in its entirety.
