February 10, 2014 – Bob Murray and Jeremy Shook won an important case for a St. Louis law firm arising out of the law firm’s work on a municipal bond issue. The law firm had been sued by the underwriter, which had been sued by bondholders. The Cole County Circuit Court judge granted the firm’s motion to dismiss and for summary judgment on all grounds.
