February 19, 2018 – Bob Murray successfully represented a St. Louis law firm in a legal malpractice case brought by that law firm’s former client, a Missouri bank. The case was based on the law firm’s alleged negligence in connection with an underlying litigation matter. A St. Louis County Circuit Court judge dismissed one count and granted summary judgment in favor of the law firm on the remaining two counts. The judgment was affirmed in its entirety by the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
