Robert Useted will present a school law seminar on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at 4:00 PM.  The subject is Searches, Seizures, and Investigations of Public School Students – Guidance for School Administrators and School Attorneys The session will qualify for 1.2 hours of Missouri Continuing Legal Education credit.  Please contact us if you would like to attend. Robert Useted’s practice emphasizes education law, business litigation, and employment law.  Robert’s school law practice, in which he represents educational institutions, includes most student issues, as well as the free speech, press, associational, and religious rights of students, teachers, and other personnel.  He is a frequent lecturer to various organizations on education issues.
