October 10, 2011 – The Firm is pleased to announce that two of its partners have been named “Lawyers of the Year” by Best Lawyers for 2012. John Gianoulakis has been named “St. Louis Best Lawyers Litigation – Municipal Lawyer of the Year,” and Joseph P. Giljum has been named “St. Louis Best Lawyers Litigation & Controversy - Tax Lawyer of the Year.” Only a single St. Louis lawyer in each category is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.” John Gianoulakis was also included in the Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice Law – Defendants, and Litigation – Labor & Employment categories by Best Lawyers. Joe Giljum was also included in the Tax Law category and is one of a distinguished group of attorneys who have now been listed in Best Lawyers for ten years or longer.
In addition, Charles S. Elbert has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the category of Employment Law – Management, Labor Law – Management, and Litigation – Labor & Employment.
