Federal Circuit Court of Appeals Affirms Non-Infringement Summary Judgment

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit recently affirmed the motion for summary judgment granted by Judge Carol E. Jackson in Bancorp Services, L.L.C. v. Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada, Case No. 2011-1467.  Alan C. Kohn and Thomas A. Durphy worked on the successful defense of the patent infringement case brought by Bancorp, 771 F.Supp.2d 1054 (E.D. Mo. 2011), which the Court of Appeals affirmed.
