Jeremy Shook has significant litigation experience in general commercial litigation, property tax litigation, employment litigation and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Shook’s employment litigation experience includes representing employers in cases involving race, sex, disability, and age discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge.

Mr. Shook has represented clients in the state and federal courts of Missouri, Illinois and Colorado, in numerous mediations, and before the Missouri State Tax Commission.
