Joseph Giljum represents individual and business taxpayers in Federal and Missouri taxation matters; such representation relates to tax planning as well as representation in the course of audits, administrative appeals and litigation.

Mr. Giljum’s probate practice includes general estate and trust administration matters as well as the preparation of any necessary Federal and state estate tax returns and Federal and state fiduciary tax returns.

Mr. Giljum’s estate planning practice includes the preparation of all necessary estate planning documents to implement a client’s estate plan, such as, wills, trusts (revocable and irrevocable) and related documents.
