Kevin Sullivan has experience in various areas of commercial and business litigation including breach of contract and contractual interpretation, legal malpractice defense, closely-held corporations, securities, tort defense, trust disputes, the False Claims Act and the Hancock Amendment. Mr. Sullivan’s employment litigation experience includes representing employers in defending race, sex, disability, and age discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, and wage and hour lawsuits. Mr. Sullivan also advises employers on a wide-range of labor and employment issues.
